Make it free for students
I am a high school student have herd this is a great app but I have no money. Do to my eye site and cancer I can't have a job, my mom won't give me the money because she douse not have it,
The "GoRead" app is free on my andriod tablet. I was very surprise to find out that your app was $20! So I guess My son won't be reading from my our new iPad.....
I have Print Disabilities and someone i love gave me am iPad for school. bookshare.org gave me access to textbooks for school. you can get this
app free for Android but you want $20.00 for the app for Apple.
Maybe for the people with Print Disabilities that are trying to go to school that are struggling with everything including reading not have to skip lunch for week just to get the app for less?
I would love to buy the app but I think that if this app is used in schools with special education students then this app should be free for these students. This is something that is mandatory to help these students get through everyday educational skills. I hope you consider because a lot of parents and educator would agree on.
As indicated in postings about this idea in the past, unfortunately Bookshare cannot make this app free as we have to pay the development team who created it for us, plus the cost of the voices that are provided. We are working on easier means of getting our books into other reading apps that are free though, so stay tuned!
You might be able to get the school to pay for it as part of your IEP.
